We would be happy to exchange your unused LARQ product (excluding personalized LARQ Bottles) in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. Complimentary exchanges are available in the United States, the European Union, and Canada. Please reach out to hello@livelarq.com and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the exchange process.
We are unable to exchange any LARQ Bottles purchased with a Limited Edition Set for another size, color, or style. Limited Edition Sets are only available in the color and size combinations offered upon purchase. If you think you are experiencing issues with your bottle, please register your bottle here to submit a warranty claim.
If the LARQ product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for an exchange. LARQ will not be responsible for shipping any product deemed ineligible for an exchange back to the customer.
