We would be happy to accept returns of any unused LARQ product* (excluding charging cables and personalized LARQ Products) in its original packaging. Complimentary returns are available in the United States and Canada. Please reach out to hello@livelarq.com and our Customer Experience team will assist you with the return process.
Limited Edition/Gift Sets: You can return any LARQ Product as long as it fits our Return Policy. Please note, if the set is not returned in full, the promotional discount will no longer be applicable. *If a product is returned used or does not pass our inspection, it will not be eligible for a refund. LARQ will not be responsible for shipping back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.
