We are more than happy to help you with whatever you might need over email or various social channels, however, we do not have a customer service phone number at this time. We do not offer phone support as this is just not an efficient way for us to help. Using online support channels allows us to keep your information and support history in one spot, making sure that we have a detailed account of our communication with you. Nobody likes having to explain a situation over again because you get a different support person when you call. We also wouldn’t be able to offer the same level of support over the phone, as we often need to share photos of products or screenshots of the website with our customers. Email and social media are best for this reason.
