When trying to pair your PureVis 2 Bottle with the app, the bottle should connect via Bluetooth within a few seconds (but can sometimes take up to 10 seconds which can feel like a long time!). If it still doesn't connect, please try the following:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Stand next to the bottle with the app open on your phone
- Connect the bottle to the charger to "wake up" and wait to see the green light
