Travel Mode deactivates Self-Cleaning Mode and is recommended if you are storing your LARQ Bottle PureVis for an extended period of time or to conserve battery life. Your LARQ Bottle PureVis will arrive in Travel Mode, so before your first use, please be sure to unlock it. To do so, hold down the LARQ Bottle cap for 5 -10 seconds until you see a white light flash. Your LARQ Bottle PureVis will also unlock when charged. To put your LARQ Bottle PureVis in Travel Mode, repeat the same steps!
An easy way to determine if your bottle is in Travel Mode is to attempt a UV cycle by doing 1 quick tap on the lambda button. If the cap breathes blue, you'll know that the bottle is "unlocked" and Travel Mode is off.
