How do I make changes to my subscription?

To make changes to your filter subscription, please follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to your account at livelarq.com

2. Navigate to the "Subscription" tab of your account. 

3. Scroll to find the correct subscription (make sure that it says "active")

4. Click on "manage subscription"

From here, you can snooze or skip your next order, change the date of your next subscription order, or change the frequency or quantity of filters received. You can also change the address for your subscription in this area, or update your credit card/billing details.
